Digital product and refund policy

All items in the digital catalog are downloadable files only. No physical item is shipped. Product pages disclose file type, included contents, and software or tools needed.

When sales open, download access will be provided automatically by the checkout provider after successful payment. If a file is corrupted, missing, or materially different from its description, contact us so we can correct the issue or provide an appropriate remedy. Digital purchases are otherwise final once accessed, subject to applicable consumer law. This policy will be reviewed for the chosen checkout provider and jurisdiction before activation.
